Steiner, one of the medical industry’s leaders in telescope, desired a display of their brand to increase site sales, while utilizing their current customer base.
There’s rarely Chinese customer knew this brand in 2008 and Steiner wanted to explore China market.
According the situaition where Steiner is, we customized a full promotion marketing plan. In 2008, digital marketing is not as popular as in 2020. We did direct marketing and physical store at the first stage. In 2011, Steiner’s official Weibo account was set. With the analysis of Chinese customer behavior in outdoor items, we helped Steiner sold in stores in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou in the very beginning. With the development of Chinese spending power, we sinking Steiner from first-tier cities to second- and third-tier cities which are larger markets in China. Also, we opened Tmall and JD e-commerce shop online and Steiner is also sold on any platforms we opened.
Finally, Steiner from nobody knows to tens of millions of sales per year in the Chinese market.
